I had the unfortunate pleasure of having my car struck in a parking lot and incurring some minor damage. I try to keep the car as clean as I can inside and out and with practically no exterior blemishes the minor incident was a big deal to me. You worked with my schedule, made a seamless pick up and drop off of a rental and completed the work right on time with the initial time frame. The work done of the front was fantastic the car looks completely brand new. It even looks as though you guys went above and beyond and painted the hood which had a couple nicks from debris. Brought the car in blue they painted it Black would take no accountability was talked down to spoken to condescendingly disrespectfully the car still isn’t painted the correct color when speaking to the insurance company I refuse to bring the car back there and since this is their preferred shop, they will need to pay another auto body shop to paint the car, the correct color.
