Our entire experience with Olenders was phenomenal. From Mick attempting to work with the Honda Dealership to get us a rental during the repair, to the willingness of Olenders to pick up and drop off our vehicle for the repair during Covid because we had no way to get it there, to Tammy providing understanding, friendly and prompt customer service, and to the surprise of a beautifully cleaned and vacuumed vehicle that was returned to us, we could not be happier! I was extraordinarily stressed out after my accident (i.e. hitting a deer). It was going close to the holidays so I was worried about finances and my car is a big part of my daily operations to get those finances in order. The very next morning after the accident, I got a call from Tony to introduce himself and that Olender's would take care of it for me. I was super impressed that I got the call so early the next morning, and that they offered to tow it for me to Olender's from its current location. They called with updates, and they finished the job before the initial scheduled date. I would highly recommend you guys to anybody. You did a phenomenal job, and I am beyond pleased.
