I was treated very well by the staff but when I came to pick up my car after being informed that it was ready, it really wasn't . So I had to spend an hour and a half getting a new rental car, put down deposit, etc. I also was not happy that my dashboard wasn't fixed (AAA issue), as it separated from the console during the crash. Lastly, I paid for touch up detail work around the entire car and they forgot to address the roof.

Joe Anisse was awesome and very responsive and nice to me throughout the entire process. After I received the vehicle back from the body shop I noticed after driving it for a day that the button that rolls the passenger rear window does not work and the passenger front side of the dashboard squeaks and rattles a lot and it was not like that before it got repaired. Other than those two issues I had a great experience with Page Toyota.
