Roman managed my repair with remarkable professionalism. Not once did I have to make a phone call or wonder what was happening due to the texting service. The other employees were accommodating and helpful with my three-year-old son, and we even had a nice chat and laugh. Great work, great service. I was especially impressed with the interior of my car! Having two kids, there are enough french fries hiding to feel a small village. No more french fries there, and I'm as happy as a kid with cake. 5 stars. I will definitely recommend.

Exceeded my expectations in every way. I filed my claim with AAA on Saturday 4-16, saying I would use their direct auto repair sbop, Page Toyota. Early Monday morning 4-18, I received a call from Joe (Asst. Body Shop Mgr.) saying he had received an assignment from AAA. Letting him know I needed my vehicle in time for leaving town 4-25, I brought in the car that same morning for his estimation on turnaround time. Otherwise, I would need to bring it in when I returned. He believed it should and best scenario case would be ready by Friday 4-22. I received a text late afternoon on Wed. 4-20 that it was ready. I was both surprised and very impressed. I picked it up Thu. 4-21. Beautiful workmanship, Tim was very pleasant, helpful. Paying my deductible with their clerk was also quick and efficiently handled. I noticed one small item where the muffler needed to be adjusted and their tech came out since Tim was with another customer. He was able to make the adjustment within the 5 to 10 minutes he thought and we were on our way! Very satisfied with my experience!
