The work done was fine, but it seemed to take a long time. Two weeks is the longest my car has ever been in the shop. I do understand that the blizzard added to the length and challenge of getting the work completed.
Little things such as resetting my clock, or at least telling me they had the remove the battery, I'm guessing since the clock was off by hours and all my radio presets were lost, and checking that all tires had dust caps on them would have been appreciated.
Overall, work was done well and I'm very happy to have my car back.

Almost as soon as I pulled off the lot I knew I would have to bring the car back. EVen at low speed, I could hear air coming from the door frame. I would have turned around there, but had to get back to work, so instead I'll take more time off to return it when I can.
That said, Ray and his team are always so kind and a pleasure to do business with -- I just wish they'd taken the car on a 25 mph test drive and found that air leak before they returned it to me.
