First Choice was very friendly and easy to work with. We were expecting problems and here were none. I would take my car to them again and recommend them to others in a heartbeat. I am only a little disappointed that it seems they were charged for 'extra' days of our car rental that weren't necessary. Apparently our car was ready ahead of schedule but we were not informed, so we picked it up on the scheduled day and First Choice was charged for the two days of car rental that weren't needed. They seem to me to be an honest, hardworking and authentic local business. I hate to see them penalized for in contracts that favor insurance companies. That said, this insurance company was very easy to work with as well and we were surprised by how hassle-free the whole process was.
