I'm satisfied with the final repair, but regrettably not satisfied with my experience. I had to request amateur cosmetic adjustments be made during my initial delivery of the car following the repair. What concerns me is if I had not pointed out the anomalies then your shop would have delivered the car with this poor workmanship.

Small things...an empty can of window cleaner was left in the back seat floor board rattling until I could stop to identify the problem. Radio reception was terrible until I noticed the antenna was not reinstalled. Console was crammed with "stuff"...an irreplaceable photo was damaged. Otherwise, it appears body work was EXCEPTIONAL!

Your collision folks are outstanding with which to work. They got right on my case when I came in. The ladies at the desk were superb. The breakdown was in the rental car that took so long to obtain and the show room people who let me wander through your building looking at me and not asking if they could help. The clean up job was good but not perfect. I pointed out a couple of flaws to Chris and he said if I found more to bring it back. Well I found more on the top, back bumper and front driver side window but since it seemed a minute thing the first time, I scraped them off as best I could and have decided to have it waxed. Your text updates are a joke. Two days after I picked up my car, I kept getting updates that it was almost ready. Ha!
