It was fun dealing with Cindy and Chris. Chris made sure to do the right thing by getting a bumper and making my truck's damage look like it was never there. Cindy was the most valuable player by realizing I was not 100% happy and coming thru with the save that made me happy and showing somebody actually cared. Work done on my car is great. I'm not completely satisfied with the length of time it has taken for repairs and the fact that I paid my deductible and the insurance company paid but the work still isn't finished. I'm uneasy about that because I may not have the time to bring my car back in during your work hours and this is an inconvenience added that is outside anyone's control. Also, the rental car was not yours but the service and car quality was not at an acceptable standard. Thank you for your good work.
