You didn’t fix my vehicle. You gave me an estimate, but then told me you couldnt fix my vehicle for the price you quoted once you realized I would be paying for the repair, and not the insurance company with an office inside your establishment. “Shady business.. not cool”. Now I have to get a lawyer involved just to get my vehicle repaired.

The communication between auto text and email coordination was a little off. For example the text would say: car is ready, but in ongoing emails, the full story was a bit different. However, the fact that I had an email contact throughout the process was a great benifit and really helped my satisfaction.

I’m thrilled with the work performed on the bumper - the restoration was excellent. Unfortunately, I couldn’t rate this question as completely satisfied due to the damage i discovered on the steering wheel after picking up the car. There is scrapping/cutting along the lower right portion of the leather-wrapped steering wheel which is easily noticed when driving the vehicle.
