From the very beginning, everyone was extremely professional. ****was amazing and very helpful during my appointment for the estimate. He noticed that my insurance company misquoted my deductible and he actually called them to let them know of the mistake and my insurance company immediately made the changes. Precision kept me abreast of the progress of my car via text messages which was very helpful. Overall, my experience was good and I'm very satisfied with the work that was done to my car. The color matched perfectly and I can't tell where the damage was. I would recommend Precision Body Works to anyone looking for good service.
