Everyone did an awesome job, all I had to do was drop the car off and come back and pick it up, they handled everything with the insurance company and constantly kept me updated. I have been telling everyone I know that if they need body repair work done, that professional paint and body is the place to go!

The car looks great. They did an excellent job on the repairs. However, they had it for 2 months. In the beginning, every time I called to check on it, I was told they were waiting on 2 parts which were supposed to be in by the middle of June. When July came around, I was told they painted it & were putting it together right now and it would be ready for pickup July 14. That did not happen. I then talked to the owner, and he said that the parts were delayed. We finally got it back on July 19th.
The worst thing a business can do is to lie to their customers. I feel like I was lied to on many occasions. I would rather hear the truth even if it's bad news. Just tell the TRUTH.

The first time I picked up the vehicle there was trim pieces not installed properly, glue on the trunk lid, water in the trunk and the hood was not installed straight. I brought the vehicle back. The second time on pickup, the trim was fixed, glue was cleaned, trunk was dry, but the hood is still not straight. I was told the was the best the could be done with the hood. The vehicle was not in for an accident but to get hail damage repaired.
