Damages done on top of trunk and back bumper(major scratches)between the time the car was towed away and picked up.Already called Jason Blaire about it and Emailed Lori Gardner of Allstate Ins.
Will also call Allstate 800 number about it on july 5th. Not happy about the fact it is something that should have been spotted right away on reception of the car but completely ignored. (See photos email sent to me by Jason Blaire)Cars should be inspected at all times by customers before being picked up.It was not the case today.
