I couldn't be happier with my experience with Service King. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and completed my repair much faster than I anticipated. The staff was friendly and professional during every interaction. No one wants to have to go to a body shop, but they made it as painless as possible.

It’s a great company, they did what they promised. I did not know much about the process, and they showed me and educated me on the whole thing. They answered all my questions and were really professional and friendly about it. They gave me updates on how my car was. So I never had questions as to if they were working on it or not. What was a bit of a problem was getting my car back two days late, but it was worth it because my repairs look amazing. My car looks brand new. I would highly recommend them to others.

I was satisfied with the repairs and customer service. However, I was not satisfied with the lack of communicating updates. I had to call several times as to why the cost went up, why it got pushed to a different date twice, and if it was gonna be ready on the day it was last pushed to because I still hadn’t gotten confirmation that it was ready. I was told I would get a call back and I never did so when I drove there after work I didn’t even know if it was gonna be done when I got there. Thankfully it was. Thank you all for your hard work in getting my repairs done, but the updates need to be more clear and communicated with your customers.
