I am satisfied somehow. I didn't get my car as promised. There was no communicating messages from call receiver to the person who was working on my car. I had to make several trips to the repair shop. However, I was updated via text messages throughout the process.
Initially. I choosed the Service King because Alex worked my friend"s car and he was very polite and did a good job on the car
Once my car was towed to the shop, Alex is not working on that location any more. I left the car anyway to the Service King

Initially when I first was helped at Sevice King by the front desk lady she was very pleasant!!! When I returned at a later date to drop by car off for repairs the lady at the front desk was trying to tell Matthew that I was dropping my car off and I was there. Matthew was rude to the the lady helping me and acted very unprofessional I let her know that I do NOT want any dealings with him. She then asked me would I like to speak to the manager Jason I informed Jason of what happened and he apologized and took care of my vehicle and had good customer service after that!!
