The people from Service King where awesome to work with! I was informed of everything going on every step of the way. For the most part, everyone from the insurance company has been great! My “representative,” a Ms. Kia, called me on 6/21/2019 and left a message with no return contact information. After having to look her up, I returned her phone call with a detailed message. Since that time I have received a paper letter stating she needs to speak to me. However, I have yet to hear back from Ms. Kia since my first phone call. I attempted to email her and it would not go through.

Over all a good experience with the shop. Except for one place that was missed on the fender. The size of the spot was ****/8” x 3/4” on the edge of the fender next to the bumper cover that wasn’t painted. It was such a small spot that it wasn’t worth bring the car back in. Luckily I had some touch up paint. Over all paint and body work was great and the car looks good.
