I don't feel the need to discuss this with a service king representative. Employees were kind and efficient, and the repairs appear to be completed excellently, so my complaints are minor, and I am grateful for work well done. That said, when I went in for my initial repairs estimate about an hour before closing time at night, all the employees except the man I was speaking with left, which made me uncomfortable and seemed unprofessional. Then repairs I was told would take 4-5 days took 8. All in all, I'm satisfied with the work done, but these are some ways it could have been delivered more smoothly.
