This was my first time using Service King and I’m so glad that I made the right choice. The service has been outstanding from the time I walked through the door a couple of weeks ago all the way up until now as I’m completing this survey! Heather at the (Jackson, MS) location was awesome and I wish I would have gotten the guy’s name who pulled my vehicle up to the door for me and helped me place my children’s car seats in for me. He was awesome as well! :) He also started my car for me for me so it can cool by the time I was ready to get in. It was very HOT day!! I am very pleased the results of my vehicle but most of all THE SERVICE! Great job Service King :) I’ll definitely be recommending you guys to anyone I know who’s in need of service. Again, thanks!

My service rep, Ray, was great. The only problem I had was after I picked up my car and was driving home the TPMS SERVICE light came on. I do not why it is on, but I do know it has to do with the tire pressure. Need to know why it came on and what to do to get it fixed. It was not on prior to me bringing it in. I know that Ray will handle this matter for me. He has been great through all of the repair process. He kept me well informed about the progress. I know this issue is not his fault, but I would like for Service King to fix the problem since it was not one prior to me bringing my vehicle in for repairs. Thank you and it’s been a pleasure doing business with y’all.
