I was promised my car in 7 days which was longer than it should have taken. It took over 2 weeks with me having to call several times to get my car back.

There were 2 things that could be better. ****. When the tell you they will call you they need to call you, instead I had to call the. 2. Update the website better. My car stayed in disassemble for 3 days but when they finally did call it 2as in oaint.

Had a nail in my tire that was not there when i dropped my vehicle off and was treated very poorly about the whole situation. It was obvious that they didnt intend to fix the problem. General manager was in the building and didn't bother coming outside to speak with me. Said it was possible that the nail wasnt picjed up there so they wouldnt replace tire. Ridiculous.
