Dustin Lee was amazing at keeping us informed along the way. I just picked my Tahoe up this evening and on the drive home, I felt it wasn't driving like it should have. Specifically, I'm almost sure the transmission is "slipping", especially the change from 1st to 2nd gear. It's rough, jerking and certainly not normal! I immediately called Dustin to let him know. It was close to 6pm and closing time, so I told him I would drive it on home and if I still feel something isn't right (which I do) I would update him. I will call him tomorrow, but I have no doubt that the service will be exceptional and Dustin will efficiently address my concerns. He really has been great to work with and I would mn't hesitate to recommend him and Service King to someone I know in search of the services you offer. Thank you, Jennkfer Fillinger
