My experience was awesome. From the smile and politeness of the receptionist to picking up my finished truck was great. My service manager David Saucedo was a pleasure to work with. He kept me up to date on everything and returned my calls within minutes. The people that worked on the truck did a fabulous job and I could not be happier. A very rare experience these days. Had several service issues regarding quality of repair. Shop has addressed most. Driving home last night and realized my fog lights did not work. Part of the repair was to replace front bumper. Apparently the mechanic never hooked lights back up.

I had asked for repair on a defective driver side mirror & it wasn’t taken care of, I had asked for a complete quote on damage not related to the reason why I brought my vehicle in in the first place & a part was missed. So a complete quote could not be given to me. I was given a **** park figure instead because hbecause Daniel didn’t get an exact pricing for a part needed. What was done looked good but Daniel dropped the **** on a couple of things. I was not completely satisfied, the job done to the vehicle was good but the service from Daniel was very lacking!!!
