Roy, my service agent, was great. He answered all of my questions and made sure the repair was completed as it should have been done. My car looks exactly like it did! The service was fast, I got my car back even sooner than projected and anticipated. And when I was short on a ride, the staff helped coordinate getting me back to my house. The facilitiea were very clean and the staff was friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would deinitely recommend Service King to my friends.
