I was satisfied with Service King. I was disappointed with Enterprise. The Service King in Spring has an Enterprise office on site with cars. I was shuttled to the off-site Enterprise office and then had to wait 60 -90 minutes for a car. As I was sitting there they told a number of people that they always have a surplus of cars Thursdays and Fridays but are short at the beginning of the week. Since they know this they should prepare for it rather than make their customers pay for it.

My car was originally supposed to be finished on a Wednesday. After I dropped it off, I got a text message that it would most likely be Friday. On Tuesday I got another text message that the intent was still to be done by Wednesday. A little later there was a voice message left. Wednesday came and I got a voice message and text message at 4:59 exclaiming that I could come get my car by 6. I had no prior warning so there was no one available to take me to my car. As a result, I didn’t get my car until Friday. However the staff were nice and professional- just not timely. I would haowever recommend Service King to someone, just advise that there may be a chance that could potentially not get their. Eheicle when originally agreed upon so there will be a need to be flexible.
