Mr James **** and his team walked me through the whole repair process to the upmost accuracy including ordering parts for my car turn around was 4 days to complete car wash washed etc and met the new body crew mechs great help 100% OK! The best.

Things ended up great after a couple hiccups.
My biggest complaint would be that I was getting text updates from day one until those hiccups came and then I was the one who had to inquire about the status of the repairs.
All was resolved to my satisfaction but that aspect is part of the important customer service so I thought you should know.
