It is taken care of now but a second trip was required. I like Rudy and he was pleasant to work with. Upon inspection last night with Rudy I saw that a back trim was loose and Rudy pushed it in saying it would stay. By the time I made it home it was popped loose. This morning I took it back and they tighten a screw and said it would now hold.

Numerous issues with the repair work that was done, some repairs were not fixed correctly, and whomever washed my car put bad swirl marks on the window pillar trim. I sent an email to the general manager and he replied saying someone would contact me to set up an appointment, but it's been two weeks and no one has even attempted to call me.
