The car was smoking and the customer service to pay was ridiculous. My daughter and son had my authorization to pick up the vehicle along with check payment, because I was in the hospital with my mother. They would not allow them to pay for it unless they had my drivers license. I told them I would send it but that was not sufficient she wanted me there so she could scan it. I am most disappointed of the customer service I have used service king in the past and had never had customer service issues in the past. In the past I recommend your organization but as of yesterday I am not.
