I was very satisfied with the service provided by Service King employees. Chris introduced me to employees that would be involved in taking care of my claim. George, the adjuster, explained that they would look at the damage and that they would send me a detailed explanation of the damage and the cost which was done soon after. Chris explained the process and Jasper was very courteous an helpful when i went to the shop to look at the progress to my vehicle. He showed me and explained everything that had been done and what needed to be done. The work was done effectively and at very reasonable time. It was very convenient to have access to the rental car at the same location. I will highly recommend your service to others.
