When I called to schedule appointment to drop off my car and pick up a rental, I was told my rental car would be available at 7:30. I asked if I needed to call them and was told that it was already arranged. There was no need to call them.Enterprises was not there until 8:00 and said that was when they open. I was not the only one sitting there waiting. Other people were told the same thing.

We need to bring the vehicle back, picked it up yesterday, and now the oil pressure drops to almost zero, and tells me to stop engine, this is a issue I’ve never experienced before ya’ll worked on the vehicle, even after the accident. So I’m not happy at all being with out my vehicle and now having to find transport to and from work and picking up my child since I have to give up our rental, this need to be fixed immediately.
