Center console metal trim is scratched and no it was not there before. Portions of headliner and sun visors dirty. Car was not washed properly. Had to call repeatedly to get status updates. Not your best work and I know from referrals you can do better.

I dropped off my car and I was told that I would get a NEW rear bumper and rear light. I rcvd text msg updates which was nice, and when I went to pick up my car I was told that the bumper was NOT replaced with a new bumper it was just repaired. I was not updated by Service King on this change of repairs and was not happy that it was a "patched repair". I should have been informed of this change to repairs.
Also when I got into my car my floor mats were missing. I spoke with Tammy who assisted me and she told me to go buy a new set and bring back my receipt for an immediate reimbursement which I will do ASAP.

The first time the work was done it lasted about 2 weeks. This time, I hope it lasts a lot longer. The folks at the shop are very easy to work with, friendly and professional. Kudos to Glenda and Larry. But, I will be back if the work done is not satisfactory.
