I was told my vehicle would be repaired by May 7th. I completely understand that things happen, parts take a while to come in, more is damaged than originally assumed and not to mention all the hail claims you guys are dealing with. But, my repairs weren't completed until the 19th, and I didn't receive one phone call updating me on the status of my car, and only relieved 2 updates both by personally stopping at the shop to ask because the two phone calls I made to check on status were not returned. Everyone I worked with at your store was very polite, and I am happy with the repairs that were done. I just would suggest to have better communication with your customers in the future, especially if you are 5, 10 or 12 days past the promised completion date and haven't yet updated them on the situation. Once again, I completely understand that things happen and schedules have to change. Just letting your customer known of the issues would be a better practice to adapt. Thank you for your good job done on my car and if I need another repair from you guys I hope for better communication in the future.
