First of all, I was told that I would also get an estimate for repairs on another damaged area of the car. Never received that. Secondly, I was told my car would be ready for pick up at the Pearland location on November 2’nt at 9am and when I showed up at 9am, my vehicle was at another location and hadn’t even left there yet.
