Unfortunately, the repairs were not completed as promised. The 1st repair listed was to repair and replace the muffler, however my old muffler is still on the car. I called service king and they verified that they did indeed forget to replace this. It seems like a major quality check miss. Additionally it's more time off work and more inconvenience to take the car back to have this replaced.

Service at Service King on 10475 SW Freeway, Houston,Tx 77074 was good. Service advisor Jason went out of his way to keep me updated on the repair process via constant text messages.
The bracket of my license plate had broken by them during the repairs and he wasn’t available when I picked up my car- so he came the next day to my location and fixed it up for me. Overall a good location for auto repair services!
