Ariel and the team we’re amazing. The communication was clear and precise. Unfortunately there were some hick ups on my gas tank from GM not having one because of the strike and it being anew truck, you guys made it happen. I was told the car was ready. We picked it up but the Lane assist features were not working. We immediately brought the car back. I just called and OT seems not to be a priority and the advisor was not very helpful. I would think when something like this happens, the repair should take priority and the advisor proactively should be informing me of what’s going on. I still do not know if I need to get a rental car since the status is unknown.
