At pickup time,the advisor was very kind to suggest I drive my just repaired car to my parked rental car. This would streamline moving of my items from one car to another.
The receptionist/cashier came up as I was getting to drive the repaired car to my rental car on the Service King parking lot. The individual presumed I was going to drive away without paying.
The idea of presuming men are guilty of wrongdoing is unsettling. The advisor's customer driven attitude was overlooked.

The two young ladies at front desk are so very nice and friendly. My service rep. Samuel was fantastic, the gal (sorry her name has slipped my mind$ was also very nice. I am really pleased how good my car looks. Will was amazing. This was my first, hopefully my last car accident lol but I was up there all the time and called all the time. Not once did he not greet me with a smile and a can do attitude.
