We've had excellent experiences with Service King the prior two times our vehicles have been hit by someone. When our car was damaged by someone while it was in Alabama, we purposely chose to wait until the vehicle was back in Kingwood 6-8 weeks later for SK to repair it. The SK folks we worked with, Alex (Cessna), Kelly, and Theresa, were all excellent in dealing with the other party's insurance (USAA) and in keeping us informed of the repair status. And the folks in the repair shop returned our car to us looking super. Thanks much...
