From the time I took my car in until I picked it up yesterday everyone was very friendly and Saul was good at letting me know where my car was it the process-job well done!!!! Car looks fantastic!

I was initially told we’d have the car back on 8/16/19 and it wasn’t ready until 8/21/19. I called before I went to get the car and was told the phones were down and to get there before 6pm. I arrived at 5:36 via an Uber and was told sorry you can’t take the car there’s no electricity. I asked to speak to someone in charge since I had been told less than an hour prior to be there before 6 to pick up the car. The guy made a phone call long story short I got the car. It’s 2019 you should have a plan B for situations like power outages maybe down time forms or something.

With a Tesla, I am still waiting on some minor trim parts to come in. For the work that has been completed to date, I am currently satisfied. Saul was good to work with. Originally, was erroneously scheduled by phone with your 'Tesla team' for a location that does not do Tesla's. As a suggestion, you should make this clearer with your online location search.

Took my truck to your north Dallas location for hail repair. Instead of full PDR, which several area shops said they could do, I get a call saying they have to completely replace several panels. When my truck was finally ready, a month later and over a week past the original completion date, there was a huge black smudge on the back quarter panel. The technician tried to make it seem like it was already there when I dropped it off, but definitely wasn’t. They went and tried to buff it out, come back to me thirty minutes later, and said they buffed through the paint and now need to keep it another day to repair that. Supposedly it’s going to be finished this afternoon but we’ll see. Doubtful that I ever return to service king after this experience.
