The car was brought in on March 8th and had to be transferred to another site for the work which was no problem. The car then sat at the shop for 12 days and no work was done at all. There was a supposed paperwork issue with the insurance company but the assignments were all there in the service king database. Nobody looked and there was no communication between the original site and the place where it was transferred. When the work finally got done it only took 5 days. When they were done the second shop didn’t even know where the car went back to for pickup. Once the work got done it looks fine but organization and communication were terrible.
