I must say that for my first time using service King as my repair shop I was completely satisfied with all the customer service I received from Claudia herself during these past few weeks. she was very attentive and knowledgeable and always kept me updated with my vehicle. I came in before my scheduled appointment on accident. There was a mix up with the scheduling department but they were still able to accommodate me and get my car in.
