I never received any text alerts on the status of my car. Also i called to get an update and was told i would receive a call before the end of the business day. Prior to being told i would receive a call i was transfered twice and got a voicemail.

Trunk lid Wil not open with keyless or remote button. Also upon further inspection of vehicle foun that the edge of the back bumper has a run bubble by the light. Paul was very helpful and understanding on taking over the file from an previous employee.

Eloy was just the tip of the iceberg when it came to the service I experienced. He was always following up to keep me updated with the repair progress. The repair job was fantastic.
