When I went to pick up my car it had a dent still in the back of it. In addition once it was finally fully repaired I was still working Friday and Saturday. I was told I would be responsible for the rental from that point on even though I had planned my whole week previously around the original pick up. Then I had state farm and enterprise calling me 10 times to tell me I was responsible for the rental. I then had to leave work in order to figure out trading my rental for my car. This was very inconvenient, unprofessional and unreliable customer service.

It took way toooo long for glass to arrive on a common brand new truck 2018 Chevrolet Colorado. 5 business days. Why wasn't glass ordered when they knew the back left glass had to be replaced already. It should have been ready when I arrived since State Farm contacted them and knew the incident results.

The people, particularly Julia, were great. They also did a beautiful job on the repairs. The problem was the time it took to complete the repairs. I took the car in on Jan 29. It was promised on Feb. 15. It was ready Feb. 21. In the meantime we had to rent a car in order to transport family from the airport and back Feb. 18-20. Since my car was completely driveable I don’t understand why I couldn’t keep my car until they had the needed parts and were ready to complete the repairs.
