James kept me up to date on the progress of work. He knew finances were an issue, and he worked to get it completed in a timely manner. Brad was also wonderful in working with me. Everyone I met, from the minute I walked in the door, was friendly and wanting to help. I find customer service to be lacking in this day and age. Service King is all about the customer. I highly recommend them.

The Team at Service King on 620 in Lakeway was very nice. The girl at the fron desk was very friendly and went above and beyond to help with coordinating with Enterprise to get the rep onsite. James my service representative was also excellent, he made sure everything was done correctly and communicated through the entire process. Can't say enough good about this team.
