I didn't get updates from a person while my vehicle was in the shop. The only updates came from the automated system, which gave inaccurate information. Every time when a deadline came up, it was pushed back 3-4 days. I texted to ask for the status of my vehicle.

I have little confidence that the job was done right. I asked to ensure two things were done and they weren’t. I have air lift bags in the back of my truck and they were left with no air in them which could permanently damage them. My daughter cu her leg on glass that was still in the back seat because the seats weren’t vacuumed. My drive shaft is making a lot of douse when accelerating from a stop. The glass had black adhesive all over it. I am sure there will be mechanical problems down the road.
