Charles did a great job getting me a quote for insurance, conforming to my schedule and even putting a front license plate holder while he had my car. They go above and beyond with their email updates and quick response to personal emails. I had to get my car fixed a few months ago also, and that was my first experience with Childress. Having to get something additional done, it was no question I was going to Childress. Charles even remembered me. Hopefully I don’t have to go back anytime soon, but if I do I’ll be going to Childress!

We really appreciated the honest and open communication with Childress Collision. They were extremely professional in handling all repairs and keeping us in the loop regarding timelines. Since this was damage due to an accident, we had to choose which insurance company’s estimate to use, and Childress was very patient as I vascillated back and forth before finally choosing one. In all, we were very satisfied with Childress and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs body work done to their car!
