I got a call at 8am saying it would be ready at 3pm then
I got an email at 11am saying my car was ready
so I called at 11am and asked, and Candy informed me that it would be ready in an hour.
I'm not sure what triggers the email being sent, but the timing seems a bit off.
It seems like there's a bit of lumpiness in a part of the paint, I'll show you guys on Monday

They gave me solid estimates at the front end, provided clear and timely information to my insurance company throughout, and kept me advised on the timeline of a significant repair by email and phone so that I could plan appropriately.
