The entire experience was beyond what I expected. I received a phone call from Five Star Collision within an hour of filing my claim online with my insurance company and able to get my car in for inspection the same day. The entire repair process from then on was seamless and hassle free. Everything was explained, the parts arrived quickly and the repairs were completed quickly. The entire process only took about a week. And that includes the weekend. The paint job looks amazing (I was worried it wouldn't match), but it looks like it came straight from the factory. Andrew kept me up to date through the entire process and was very helpful. The entire team was very professional. Thanks for a job well done to all of the staff/employees/team at Five Star Collision!

Andrew was excellent. Very nice and helpful. My car was fixed 3 days before expected. I was very impressed with work that they did. They even cleaned my car inside and out. It was like it was never damaged. I will recommend 5 star to all my friends and clients. I am an insurance agent, so I deal with a lot of claims.
