When I picked up my car I found the radio tuned to a frequency that I do not use. Then this morning I find my self stuck with a dead battery—a battery that was brand new nine months ago. Lowe Toyota replaced the battery under warranty, and my only cost was several hours of inconvenience. The charging system tested OK. However, I am not convinced that the battery was not abused while my car was at your facility. I believe your personnel should not be using customer entertainment systems for their entertainment.
