Everything was pretty stress free for me. The courtesy of the staff was very appreciated and the ease of getting the rental car at the same place my car was being repaired at was very nice. The only thing I would change would be the updating system. Whenever something was updated, I would get a text but the texts weren't accurate. It said my car would be done 5 days before the original date, and turns out that was incorrect. I also never received a call from the adjuster or any information so I had to call myself. All in all it was a good experience and I'd recommend you to a friend if needed. I also needed an alignment and air in my tires after picking up my car and the ease of being able to bring it back the same day and have it done in under an hour was great.

I am a stickler about body work and paint. But these guys are fantastic. The blending was perfect and obviously there are some runs but nothing noticeable to the common eye and what there is, is very minimal. I will definitely be bringing my car to Subway if need be.
