I believe the experience rated completed satisfied for a number of reasons starting with communicating. The manager fully explained what to expect while my car was being repaired. He made sure that I had his contact info should I have any additional questions. Then the text updates started coming in which kept me informed. Then the other associate, Amanda, called to update regard pick up. The coordination with my insurance company and Enterprise added to the experience. And, of course, the car looks great.
