This is the first time in years that I have picked my car up from a deer collision (I've had several) and felt like my car was taken care of just like I would have taken care of it. It was cleaned and shiny on the inside and out. Emily made sure that my concerns about the alignment and protective coating were taken care of and all I had to do was mention it to her and she took the initiative to find out immediately. What a great job this company has done for me and I have already told my family, next I'm letting Geico know, then I'm telling all of my friends in Staunton Virginia.
