Left Corner Panel that was damaged in the accident was completely missed in the estimate. This means more hassle and expense than what I was counting on. Estimator suggested that I should have told him the corner panel was damaged as well as the door. I’m sorry, I simply do not feel that you met customers expectations in this instance.
