I still see a bow in the metal that is below the back doors. The bumper was replaced and the hitch is no longer tilted so I'm satisfied with that. The work is warranted and I am relieved I don't have to worry that my bumper and tow package might fall off while towing things now. However, I am still upset about the overages and also that no one came out with me to check my repairs over to make sure I was satisfied! I was not informed of any overages over the estimate I received and thought was guaranteed, until I went to pick up my vehicle and the work was already complete. I was sent a check by the person at fault's insurance company to cover the repairs but it was not enough to cover the additional cost. I'm frustrated by the situation!
